Favorite pizza topping (2020 edition)

What's your favorite toppings/topping combinations? Forgoing a poll here since I already did a great one a few years back.

Personally, my ideal pizza is mushrooms, onions, sausage, green peppers, and extra sauce.

When I order pizza 70 percent of the time I get sort variation of Hawaiian, 20 percent of the time I get pepperoni, and 10 percent of the time I get Italian.

+Chicken topping
+Mozarella
+Raw mushrooms (sliced)
+Parmesan (shaved not ground)
+Ground walnuts
+Tomatoes (chopped not sliced)
+Olive oil

It's a pizza with a raw topping, most ingredients are not cooked, except for the base, the chicken, mozarella and the gorgonzola. The rest are added raw after it comes out of the oven and cools down a bit.
Serve with a freshly squashed tomato sauce, made with some basil.
And a cold dark beer.
