The best soup

It has come to my attention that it is not clear which is the best soup.
This needs serious investigation.

I propose beet root soup



+ it has lots of iron
+ it's red
+ it's basically like a potato but red
+ it's rich in fiber
+ it doesn't have any downsides
+ you can eat two bowls and it's fine
+ can be made with borscht, which is sour and based
+ it has a strong earthy taste, because it's a root so you're eating earth strength concentrate
+ it basically has no downsides and it's red

Chicken soup is hella basic. There's many kinds of beet soups, I don't see how anything else can compete really... Maybe a good Solyanka.

I think this Solyanka is good. Must have additional meat, not just sausage. And I'm not a fan of fish Solyanka although it can still be good.

That's a lot of onion. Doesn't it make the soup too sweet if you put so many onions.
I'm more of a sour soup guy, but some non-sour soups can also be good, like beans soup
