I just hope DE is not going to implement all of the EP changes. Right now it is a big clusterfuck.

Celebrating what? What is going to materially change on that day specifically?
Brexit will finally be done
Is it actually "done" or is the transition just starting? Why don't you want to explain what will be different?

The difference is that our national politics will no longer be deadlocked and we will be able to move on

It's not. Exiting EU was actually the easy part of this whole endeavor, and it took them 3 years to do it. Now they somehow need to negotiate the biggest, most comprehensive trade deal in the world in just 11 months.

Unfortunately, no. Big Ben won’t have its Brexit bong.

If you want to take credit for how the American government is working right now, be my guest

They use American English which is specifically crafted to be different than British, James Madison is considered chief architect of US constitution who was well American. I need to revise my info on legal system but I am pretty sure they follow same legal tradition while still being significantly different.
Fine line to something great is a strange change.

Isn't the existence of a written constitution already a significant difference in legal tradition?

I recently read something about American English being actually closer to the English of the 17th century than todays British English (source: trust me bro).
Whatever is written above: this is no financial advice.
