Sleep apnea? If you can maybe go check with a doctor. and I'm not sure what your daily routine is like but perhaps try to eat better, drink water and exercise the body. our current way of living is torture to what our bodies actually want to do

Fairly certain it's not sleep apnea, I did do a sleep study once and they said I didn't have signs of it. I've been pretty healthy recently, I did take a Benadryl about 30 minutes before bed because I'm starting to get some allergies, maybe that affected it somehow.

i have some sleep apnea / snoring and my gf says i often stop breathing for a while. i never wake up unless she starts waking me up (which is the most annoying part about the whole thing)

If you have sleep apnea, getting it treated can significantly improve your quality of life

There is no easy fix unfortunately. Since I don't feel any impact on my life quality or health, I'm not interested in annoying or difficult solutions.
