How to become moderator or be part of the staff

The subject says all. How could a player be part of the staff eso community or moderator for example. I am interested to help the community on any ways but I think staff need faith for example. I think it's preferable if I only players which are part of the staff would respond to me on this thread.

We have enough mods and site admins for now ')
But we can never have enough devs. If you're in webdesign and have time to help and/or ideas to improve the site, please message one of us.

Oh ok. I can't help about php mysql and monetising. So i'm pretty useless on this case. It's a pity i asked for help so late.

Well, the group of moderators formed itself, there was little you could have done, so don't blame yourself. It started with Ward&Mitoe, who wanted to host a tourney, who asked me, Ryan and Garja to help out. Neuron entered to work on the site later and Goodspeed is just Goodspeed.

The best thing you can do is participate in the community, if you start creating and leading community initiatives you create your own purpose. The team we have today kinda created our own positions.

I sadly can't help you with those questions. I only know what I can see: ESOC mods are an influential lobby in the AOE world, and they secretly appoint who they want, that's a fact.
maybe the ideological ambassador and political expert of ESOC Dr.Legend could enlighten you on this question, to much goyness in me to see the truth

Anyway our team wasn''t formed based on friendships. Everyone on it has put a lot of time and effort into this project which is why it has been such a success.
If you want to make yourself useful (and we''re all for that), we need more than just good ideas. We need people with ideas ?nd the commitment to make them happen personally. As for mods, we have plenty.
