Yes it's the prisoners fault of easily getting out of prison, not the states fault for not being able to build a better prison so you just shot these people -.-

Why the fuck did they shoot that guy in the 2nd vid? They shouldve fired some warning shots first at the very least, but why did they even come out of the car with their guns pointed at him. Nothings good gonna come out of that in the first place.

Also, Im pretty sure the british police would have shot that mace guy, but I think they dont carry guns around
