THe best is lunas coconut milk iceream. it is much smoother than milk cream and the sweetness is just right because of the sweetness of the coconut. It what the vegans look for in the market for the best Ice cream

Vanilla because it allow me to judge the quality of the ice cream: I've tried lot's of different vanilla ice cream/shakes and can easily compare them + nothing beat a good vanilla ice cream for me.
besides that and the weird ass tastes u wrote, I'd add :
praline/chestnut cream, but I must forget plenty of them
for the sorbets: vine peach/fruit passion/mango, those are delicious and refreshing.

just checked terre adelice and according to the grading it indeed looks great.
less fancy but still good quality: la cour d'orgère n'importe ou en bretagne!

Amorino's in Paris is quite nice to! Not as exotic as Terre Adelice though
