Gold mine

Post by princeofcarthage »

To be fair, I don't know where to start but I have to somewhere, so I am gonna start by going a bit over rules. Yeah I am gonna do a bit of self promotion here. You all must be wondering why the title Gold mine, because what i am about to tell you is a potential gold mine. YES REALLY.

Some of you may already know it, like steam g2a is a gaming website which sells games and steam keys etc... But unlike steam for every purchase it gives you a small bonus really very small. At first glance it may seem like every referral scheme which usually doesn't work, at first it was my thought as well but I thought Well why not what's the loss in trying it, so I did it. Why is it special? Because unlike single one time referral it works in class system. What it means? well if I refer a link to my friend and he buys a game of about 20$, say I recieve 0.2$ for it. He refers a game to another of his friend and the friend buys, then i receive 0.02$. It's not much but it's a start. We all want to play new games but some of us can not afford all. I thought this was a good idea to earn some while playing. Now why did I post this ? Am I spammer? No I have personally tried and tested this for over a year in which I earned just over 5$ ( and bought new aoe 3 key on sale :S ) For a change this is not a website which asks you to do something without result. I have personally tried this and it works.

NOTE: Good games are on discount for most of the times and on lower prices than steam :) So here is my referral link if you want to try out, if you like it share it :)

I just hope DE is not going to implement all of the EP changes. Right now it is a big clusterfuck.

I know, I'm perfectly fine with it but it's borderline as far as the rules are concerned.

This however has got to go the fuck away.

I can confirm its not a blatant scam, however second part might be bit true.

Ok, allow me to explain why -in my opinion- topics like this should be discouraged.

First of all, this topic is solely made to advertise for a site which has nothing to do with ESO community. The only goal that the topic starter wants to achieve, is to earn money. This is illustrated by the personal referral links.
A second reason is g2a itself. G2a is a so called grey market, in which sellers don't work directly with the game publishers. Most keys that are sold on g2a, are bought in weak economic regions in which the games are appropriately priced for that specific region. This is why the games are so much cheaper in comparison to white markets (e.g. steam).
In short, this means that if you buy a game on g2a:
- it's impossible to know where the key originated from and if it is acquired through legitimate ways
- you will have very limited to no support if a key doesn't work
- you are encouraging game developers to increase their prices in weak economic regions and/or initiate more region locks

G2A are not sellers of game, they are resellers, to give example? It's just like how apple sells mobiles in countries with no official presence. A person buys phones from international markets and resells it in a perspective country. A reseller as long as he is within his legal boundaries can pretty well buy from cheap regions and sell it in other. morever g2a gets its game on steam sales or from directly game owners. Morever G2A is a well established company with office on ground, there is no reason however to suspect they are going to run with your money. Please stop posting with half knowledge lol

I have noticed that a large percentage of the topics on this forum get locked for no reason other than that some people don't like them or some posts within them are against the rules. You need to lighten up people. It's an internet forum not a kindergarten. Only a handful of people read the forum every day and every one of them has probably seen porn and crime movies or shows. What do you lose by having this topic remain unlocked? Just keep scrolling bubba.

Yeah there are definitely too many threads locked (or sometimes even posts deleted, which sucks even more) for too subjective reasons

Although I dont really have a strong opinion, your post kinda did convince me.

Self promotion is useless and doesnt support or do much for the community.
