they are so expensive, and unless you are playing treaty where you engage in battle all the time, you wont have enough experience to send that card always

Exactly, it's a treaty card, and in treaty it's ridiculously OP.

No it's not, 1 Jäger needs 2 pop and has barely better stats than an imperial needler which only costs 1 pop, also the infinite heavy cannon is much more useful.
