Not that poor with the tax fraud.
Re: [POLL] Euro 2016
Messi a bit stoopid. "I dunno, I let my dad handle the contract, I'm just a football player, I've no idea about money, I just signed some papers" kek.

Still better than the dutch squad.
Although I also ragequit and claimed I was going to assume a new nationality last year when NL lost another game.
Re: [POLL] Euro 2016
It's pretty amusing, though, that this year's final was an utter copy of the last year's one, with Alexis being one of the main stars. ☆☆☆
Re: [POLL] Euro 2016

Re: [POLL] Euro 2016

Nerf Iceland, wtf !
Re: [POLL] Euro 2016
Part of me can't help but feel that scoring is becoming too hard partially because of the fouls and acceptance of fouls. I feel like every game ~10 very promising attacks are killed by some defender or midfielder or whatever just making a foul on purpose, attempting to make it seem innocent enough to not get a yellow card (which often succeeds even). Iceland does that well, same for portugal for example. Collective defending and when the defense fails inevitably so, you just make a foul. It's so lame.... I honestly think these fouls on purpose should be punished much more, with a red card for example.
Re: [POLL] Euro 2016
Seems like england wants the TOTAL brexit
Re: [POLL] Euro 2016
Yup, England also out of EURO2016.
Dismissed by Iceland. T'was just a slash of urine.

not just part of you, thats totally accurate. you can pull shirts, kill promising attacks dead in their tracks and get at most yellow. Look at what italy did vs belgium in the last 20 minutes. They were only bent on destroying every playing opportunity of the other team, with brute force and dirty play if needed. They stopped 2 near-breakthroughs with a tackle from behind. 15 years ago that wouldve been a red card.
When a team takes a corner, the defender basically hangs on the attacker to stop him from doing anything. And at the same time, usually when the attacking team scores with a corner, someone was making a crucial foul in the box for sure.
Re: [POLL] Euro 2016
Basically referees took a "Premier League" approach to faults and let the game flow more freely.

That's maybe why theres so little goals out of corners too.

Tactical foul in counterattack is now automatically punished with yellow card even if it is a mild foul. 20 years ago that wouldn't be punished with a card 9 times out of 10.
And the corner thing has always been that way. I mean even in lower and youngsters leagues you see that. There is more to complain about the attacking players conforming to this play rather than starting to run from the back to dodge the grasp.
