ESOC Council Referendum

This is a referendum on whether the ESOC Council should remain part of ESOC.

If a majority of voters choose 'no', the ESOC Council will withdraw to A414A. Otherwise, nothing changes.

We send too much money to ESO each week. That money could instead be used to improve production quality of the podcast.

Yea indeed. Esoc would be a better placewithout the council and it is in nobodys interest to make ESOC a better place
