I've been trying to contact microsoft for support on my account. I have username and the email that is attached to the account. I believe that should be enough since there is only the 1 email that is attached to the account. Every email I've found doesn't work..

I told him that I heard about some kind of support, because I'm pretty sure I read somewhere in our forums that one guy managed to get support from MS. But can't remember where nor when nor who.
