What is this board?

Hello, with a lot of new members joining lately, we wanna give them an opportunity to introduce themselves. In this board we hope we can bridge the gap between aoeo and aoe3 players and between esoc veteran and new members. New members are encouraged to make a thread to briefly introduce themselves: tell something about how you found us, how often you play aoe3 and what your favorite civ is. They can also ask any question they want, we hope it will help them early on and reduce the amount of threads with only questions on the rest of the forum.
Since it might be scary to make your first post somewhere like the strategy board, we hope we can give new members a warm welcome here.
This board will also contain all guides, introductions, links and other useful stuff for new players.
