new in ESO

i created an account here but i cant log in game, it says name or password incorrect.
what should i do, or should i buy something online ??.

Hello, your ESO-Community forum account is different from your ESO game account for multiplayer. We here are simply volunteers running a community for the game, this is not an official website ran by Microsoft.
An ESO game account can only be created through the game itself; you need to click on "New Account?" on the login screen and fill out that form. Also note that this must be done on the vanilla version of the game without expansions.
