Wars of Liberty Tournament Help

Hey all! Please redirect me if there is a better place to post this, but I'm looking for some advice in organizing WoL's first official tournament. The team has already picked a theme and some of our rules, and I've looked through past tournaments on here to help build the basics, but I still have some important questions about how to organize and run the tournament that I'm sure someone on the team here would be able to answer.
