looks pretty good - some ideas
* maybe replace the standard units - eg. persian pikes - unique design, unique design - standard unit
* the japanese tier 2 and magyar tier 1 skirms look quite the same, maybe only use metal shields or unique units for tier 2, to make them clearly recognizable
* the unchanged aoe 1 units look quite misplaced imo

ask in an aoe2 forum for feedback, i haven't played aoe2 in 10 years i think
