I'm making a scenario and I'd like to use triggers to detect when a player kills a certain unit
I can detect if any specific unit has died
But I can't detect who killed it.
Is there a way to do this that I'm missing?
Detecting unit killed by player?

Re: Detecting unit killed by player?
I don't have a solution, but maybe this is worth mentioning:
There is this cheat code that changes xp marks near dead units into messages like "Musketeer'ed!" "Hussar'ed" etc., depending not only which player, but what type of unit scored the kill.
If there is no trigger that can help you, maybe reverse-engineering the effect of the cheat code could somehow help with making one. The IT guys should know.

That's a good point! Also the game know who got the kill because it awards XP to them
