The two main factors are that you gained ELO while losing and that your skill in these recorded games is far higher than your elo/pr would suggest.
No, just no xD i lost elo every game i lost, i don t understand why you say that. Should i have to check something else than jp elo ?? And my elo don t hide my max pr was 40 , even if i m far to play at this level

To be clear history is hundreds of games on one account and a skill level that is consistent. An account with less than 20 games in total of stats playing at a high level requires us to take a closer look.
