Well, I couldnt play for ~9 days and I've been able to play since monday. At this point I don't see why my spot has to be sacked.

Well, why does it take so long for esoc to make a statement about it?
There seems to be more than meets the eye. There will most certainly be some clarification once everything is figured out.
Pay more attention to detail.
