Re: ESOC Weekend Tour 2v2 Cup
Some maps are 1v1 maps, pretty bad for team,
manchac, klondike, tibet, thar desert not that good for da team bois
there are lot of maps are actually good for teamming like jabel musa, manchuria,
it would be cool if we'll see siberia or RE maps like that
1v1 maps have food problems for 2v2, it is not opti ( not optimus prime ), we should not play map that aren't in ruleset team ( ESOC TEAM MAPS )
"""" viewtopic.php?f=158&t=13475 """ link team maps ,it should be these cards

Re: ESOC Weekend Tour 2v2 Cup
Manchac does actually look pretty awful in 2v2 (just checked). All of the resources spawn on the left side of the map, so if you're the player spawning on the right you're kinda screwed.
Other than that I don't see what's wrong with the other maps for team games except that people dislike playing on them?

Re: ESOC Weekend Tour 2v2 Cup
Esoc define a big map pool for team, people use to play on it for a lot of months, seems legit to play on these maps

Thar desert: It's already in the team map pool.
Klondike, Tibet: Both these maps have interesting designs with probability of lot of interesting strategies.
We tried for RE maps but we don't have UI for them.
You have the option to select a less food dependent civilization if food is the problem, learn to adapt to situation. Remember game starts right when you enter from civilization picking to the combination of civilization and not just on maps.
Fine line to something great is a strange change.

Re: ESOC Weekend Tour 2v2 Cup
Well Tibet and Klondike are just terrible for teamplays
Then cast the recs ?
Siberia, Himma are just 100x better than Klondike or tibet really

Again, I can't really see what is wrong with those maps other than you just disliking them.
