It was surely written by someone who knows his topic. Anyway, I thought it would look like that https://liquipedia.net/starcraft2/Raven ... f_the_Void) in which case you do need to know a bit about the game and the competitive gameplay to write a wikia.
It's both. But the point is, that even though they are the wiki team, they're not gonna write (all) the articles. The articles are supposed to come from the community. So if you want to write a strat like that one you linked, you can do it, they will just review it for grammar or so that people don't just upload unrelated or offensive stuff.

Ravens are commonly used with mech based armies facing bio based armies due to Point Defense Drones blocking Marauder attacks.

they cant even guess how much f***ing piece of stupid retarded they look they are trying to give lesson to people who are over pr35 and know the best mu. im pretty sure that we need a page that only pr30+ post and then we could have a nice discussins.
Most of the stuff on that wiki is either useless or straight up wrong because they let people post whatever they want without reviewing it. The page for the Ottomans is a great example: http://ageofempires.wikia.com/wiki/Ottomans
The Ottoman Empire is considered by some people to be the most difficult civilization to play in Age of Empires III
Is there an ESOC thread for suggestions? I don't mean submissions, nor suggestions that will be on the wiki page (for example, regarding the best way to use a specific unit), but shhhhuggeshhhhtionshhhh for the wiki itself.

There is none yet, we are at a process of gathering material and sources. Feel free to make a thread here viewforum.php?f=28
