And to be fair, I'd prefer using my own monitor mouse and keyboard anyways. I did bring my desktop to a lan party once, it wasn't a big succes though.

The own monitor is not as important imo as long as it's standard size (24 inch).

Mouse, keyboard and a pen drive with hotkey file.
Also if you have any key rebinding also bring the rebinding software and the rebinding file.
Monitor shouldn't be a problem as long as it has the same resolution of your home PC. If you play on HD resolution (1920x1080) you should be fine with any recent desktop monitor.
