The 15 activity games has to be on the account you sign up with, right? Cause some people are point sitting on one account while playing rated on their lower ranked accounts, which makes it less rewarding for their opponent while they risk essentially nothing.

just like to say i think 15 games is way too many in the time frame, especially when trying to get old players back, its hard enough to get 1v1 ep and old pros have gotta win a decent amount in order to maintain a top64 elo

But I also think 15 games are a lot for some players who thought about signing up for the qualifier.

If I wanted I could just bash noobs (which is what I'm going to do if I don't find opponents), but it's annoying because I'll have to spend some time doing that.

I don't know. Maybe 50 for the qualifiers, and then more. It means that 15 out of these 50 games will be irrelevant for my preparation if I actually prepare.
