Why not consider civs reset from semi-finals or final so that we can enjoy the pros using their best civs for the prize.

I'm gonna allow people to play one civ twice in bo7 and bo9. That means you're allowed to re-use one civ once, and after that, you have to keep picking a new civ. Thank you for bringing back the competitive civ rule set we used to use at ESOC. It’s really the most fair way to do the rules.
This event really delivers if you are a competitive player. I can’t wait to see the games!

Yea both the players and the ruleset being competitve in this event are kinda unfair for my chances to advance a round
