Server rules
As I don't want to bother finding the best server for every single series, I will trust players to pick a fair server. If there is any problem regarding server selection, e.g your opponent refuses to select a server with a fair ping, please a tourney admin, and we'll force a server pick.
Civilization rules
- 1 game = 1 civ. In other words, if you've used a civ in a series, you won't be able to use it again in that series, even if you've lost with it.
- However, for BO7 and BO9 series, players will be able to pick one civ again. Once they have picked any civ for the second time, the previous rule applies again.
- No civ reset.
- Players must agree on a match up in game 1. Blind pick will be enforced in case they don't. Winner of first game picks his civilization first in the second game, and then it's alternating picks.
- As per the title, only the 14 legacy civs are allowed.
Miscellaneous
- Tourney admins are myself, Cometk and n0el.
- Games will mostly be casted on my channel, and possibly on a couple other channels as well.
- Recorded games should be sent to tourney admins by one of the players as soon as a series ends.
- Players streaming games themselves, or sharing recs / results with anyone but tourney admins is strictly forbidden.
- The usual ESOC rules apply as well. And also common sense.
