Maybe rabalance broken civs and fix pathing? Okay we will add 2 another broken civs, deal with it

SO devs have the power to make a unit target units selectively, still they won't make artillery target buildings instead of units. Hmmmmm.

Ye was thinking the same, then again Venice was the largest of the maritime republics and apparently the most powerful state of that era.

units go in one building, can come out in other building anywhere in the map. This has a cooldown . And apparantly if you have it close to the shore, you can teleport warships too.

there is a global cooldown between use, u cant garrsion during the cooldown and the civ is defensive so far.

Lets see how long until sneak teleporting petards becomes meta

Yes, but especially when a civ like mexico is as complex as like 5 normal civs or something. And I assume these new civs are rather complex too.
