My actual strategy is a complex combination of sacrificing a goat and reading its entrials, consulting my centuar friends, and calling out to the stars. Using these methods I get a good idea of what the future is going to hold, and bet accordingly.

Winning stuff like this is betting not on the most likely outcome, but on the most profitable outcome I suppose.

Like if there is a disproportionate amount of bets on 4-0 and 4-2, but surprisingly few on 4-1 (which can happen with such a small amount of betters) then it'd be good to bet on 4-1 I suppose.

I'll probably just bet 200 points per game on some random result and slowly lose everything like i did with the ASC and Smackdown

Question. If I am the first to bet on say.. Like a 4-0 of Sam vs a conscript..wwhat odds do I get? And then after my bet , everyone else also jumps on the 4-0, and all their payouts are diminishingly worse, correct? Because you said its live odds..?

Ah good one, my description was misleading.
The odds are updated live as everyone places their bets and they're frozen when the bets are closed (which is when the match starts). Those final odds will be used when calculating all payouts.
So if you bet 100 on the winning result when the odds were x10 but they later changed to x5 because other people bet on it, you get 500 points.

Ah so there is no timing where you can get a better payout... You can't be like ooh I got the line when it came out at +250 ..right?

there's almost no use betting on just a win / lose, gotta bet on a result tbh

When you are the only one betting on a result (assuming that there is a significantly higher amount bet on other events), it doesnt really matter what amount you bet. The more you bet, the lower the odds and your win is the same, just with higher risk. There seems to be a limit for the odds, but basically this is not a desired behaviour imo. Basically we just hope that there are always multiple people betting on the right result..

Yeah there always are multiple bets on the right result. Otherwise you're right, if you are the only one betting on a result you get all the winnings no matter how much you bet.

A "rule" that should probably be written somewhere, is that "if the match is not played (non-show, resing, etc), bettings on that match are off"

Yeah if a match doesn't get played all bets for that match are canceled.

hey gs u could add banyboy vs aton to the matches that can be bet on. Imo its a very close series that can be won by either side. Aton and banyboy are both rusty and while i think banyboy is the better player atm he cant use his main civ, the ottomans ,so it should be fair and close games
