That means there is a network connection problem between you and the other particular player, patch doesn't matter. If you can usually join other players fine, then this particular player probably needs to forward his ports or use a VPN to play.

i am unable to enable vpn .. I am using Hide all ip sofwatre for that purpose . can you tell me how i can enable vpn ? . This problem coming only with tr patch and with every player. not with other than tr patch games

I don't understand. VPN is something you enable before opening the game, then you run whatever patch you want. If you are using VPN to play on the official RE TAD patch, it will work exactly the same on TR patch, you don't do anything differently.

No I dont use VPN SOFTWARE. I can join players without any software in official TAD.

No With tr patch I cant join people too

@Gichtenlord You are the winner. Because I will not able to join the game with tr patch. Still, I have not found any solution to the problem. So I have decided to not waste more time and give you win (Already wasted too much time on that problem). Best of luck for your next games.

@EngineerSucrose Did you try turning off Windows Firewall? Perhaps you have the TR patch exe blocked there, that could be the problem.

Afaik though whenever you launch multiplayer and if firewall is blocking it automatically asks if you want to grant the application permission to use internet resources in game only, and if you click yes it connects with no problem.

Yeah, I think maybe the issue is he clicked "No" by mistake, so it's blocked now. Or he could be on a different connection type than before, since it's blocked per Home/Private.
