Please note: The veto rule is in effect during Semi-Finals. Veto one civ per player before Friday! More information can be found here: viewtopic.php?f=468&t=13448#p283923

dicktator_, the player with the higher seed, will choose their veto first.

I’ll veto Japan. I want to play this on Friday, the day after floko vs kaiser is over, to get it done ASAP, but Saturday or Sunday is also fine. Just make sure you have 4-5+ hours set aside because I’d highly prefer to do this in one go.

Also FYI, civ vetoes work the same way they did last tournament: “5.5 - The opponent player cannot play a vetoed civilization”.

Also casters can swap out if necessary because I know how exhausting it is to cast treaty.

Yeah you can. That's how it worked last tournament and it's also how it works this tournament.

I agreed to play dm vs cometk for the fantastic Friday showdown while completely forgetting about this. Can we do 19 gmt Saturday instead?

ehm that is difficult, friday is the only day on which i have the right amount of timei think ... we could start later today than 19 gmt if you like, but switching to saturday sounds difficult
