RE: Savage_King and Group 8

Situation: Savage_King was found out to be the smurf of another user. At one point during the sign-ups period the user had both accounts signed up, but towards the closing of sign-ups he retracted with his higher rank "known" account and decided he would play the tournament with his smurf account. When asked about why he smurfed, the user stated that he was unaware of the rule and wanted to try smurfing because it seemed fun. Unfortunately, ignorance of the rules is not excuse. Willfully trying to misrepresent oneself to players and to Tournament Administrators is not allowed in ESOC events. Incidents like these that compromise the competitive integrity of the tournament are something we take very seriously.

Result: Savage_King is disqualified from the ESOC Autumn Championship 2018 and Second Chance and will be debarred from entering the next ESOC event. Bobfish715 will receive the activity win and move on to Placements Group P.

RE: Group 15

Situation: There was mixed scheduling from all players. James6280 posted on September 12th at 22:23 GMT that he and Rikki_Tikki_Tavi had played their match; however, a winner was not specified, there is no evidence on JP Elo that games were played between the two, and the recorded games were not uploaded prior to the round deadline. No other matches were completed.

Result: RSY will receive the win as per Group Stage Tiebreaker Rule #3) Highest ELO. He will move on to Placements Group G.

RE: Group 16

Situation: Snuff_Battle posted on September 5th at 3:31 GMT that he could play all week, but did not offer any specific times. Le_Me posted on September 5th at 18:13 GMT that he could play September 6th in the afternoon. No games played/scheduled at this point. Templar_ made a post on September 7th at 8:03 GMT but did not follow up on it. Both Le_Me and Snuff_Battle agreed to play 18 GMT on Saturday, September 8th, however Snuff_Battle did not arrive at the scheduled time, and henceforth ceased communicating in the thread. Le_Me made a final follow-up post on September 9th, at 12:46 GMT.

Result: Le_Me will receive the activity win and move on to Placements Group H.

RE: Group 17

Situation: There was mixed scheduling from all players, with the most active being SuperNapoleon and GUIZMO39. The only match played was played on RE patch between SuperNapoleon and GUIZMO39, because GUIZMO could not download ESOC Patch. This match must be voided as per tournament rule 1.1 which states all matches must be played on ESOC Patch.

Result: SuperNapoleon will receive the activity win and move on to Placements Group I.

RE: Group 21

Situation: There was mixed scheduling from all players; availabilities provided were mostly very limiting and did not leave much opportunity for an opponent to agree to any specific time before the time had already passed. Supahons actively sought out and completed the most matches of all participants in this group. All players are tied in terms of match record, with 1 match win each.

Result: Due to scheduling disputes, supahons, the only player to complete all of his matches, will receive the activity win and advance to Placements Group M.

RE: RO32 OPTIMUS__PRIME vs GiBthedurrty

Situation: OPTIMUS__PRIME never posted in the scheduling thread and missed an ostensibly scheduled match during the week. He also did not respond to or reach out to administrators re: the status of his match. The two players were able to play part of the match on Sunday, September 31st, but couldn't finish the series because ESO servers went down as the score was 2-2. Shortly after going down though the servers went back up; however, at this point, OPTIMUS__PRIME was already offline on discord making him unreachable for GiBthedurrty. OPTIMUS then missed the rescheduled match on Monday.

Result: GiBthedurrty will receive the activity win and move on to the RO16 vs Mitoe.
