Somppu beat the finalist of the last tournament... Does it mean Somppu champion?

Somppu going Town Dance at the critical moment was honestly one of the best plays I've seen on TAD in a many, many years.

Well played both.

Yeah but I think for next time cannot rely on trying to find firepit, because he could wall the firepit.

just watched the rest of the games...

who would have thought that these were totally accurate words you could say about aoe3 in 2019:

an iroquois FI trade monopoly town dance strategy winning in a top level match on game point against the strongest player of a certain playstyle on his best map

they'll be uploaded to youtube eventually

here's somppu's first person perspective of game 1 that will expire in 14 days

here is the soft link of game 2 and onwards that will expire in 90 days or something. the VOD will be highlighted later and permanently on the ESOCTV twitch channel

Apart from these fun series we enjoyed, kudos to both for their sportsmanship. They both played smoothly and tried their best! It's refreshing to see people strategising to win the game rather than pure mechanics.
