@Jaeger even if its his own money, even though we cant change it we can question whatever his action is cool or not. Its called criticism, feedback etc.
But even thats different, since money is collected by promise there is a responsibility to do it properly. People who donated money should expect there will be a proper 2v2 tourney.

And maybe that is exactly what he is doing! (by not inviting players who is considered to lag)
I personally don't know if they lag or not, but I remember there was some talk about it after the previous tournament.
