Failed to create account [QUCIK HELP Please]

Hello,
I'm new to this community but not to Age of Empires I use to play in GameRanger. So I decided to play ES Online for the first time. Right, So I was going to play create a account in order to play. Unfortunately, there's an error not letting me play/creating account. So, I googled it many times. It's been week and I could not find a such solution and this error become unsolvable. So I'm here to get a quick help.

I've maximum system requirements and original AoE3.

I hope I get a better solution at all.

EDIT: Forgot to mention the error, Well It happens even I've filled all of the required fields. And the error faces up after signing up 'Failed to create a account.'

Did you enter a CD-key when installing the game? (Perhaps the Steam-version doesn't do that, not sure.)

You are not trying to make the account on TAD right? You should type the cd key first on vanilla version of the game. Once you open the nilla and type the cd key go back to TAD and try to make account again.

Yeah, I did entered the key.

Plus, yeah I tried to create in Vanilla not the TAD.

It might be another account made from that cd key. Type the error in Google. And here too if you want.
