Disk full help pls

I tried to google my problem but the disk is full without anything i did, I'm even not sure if it was there before.
Maybe someone had the same problem? I have windows 10
It has 449mb and its full
i don't see any files or data inside
and i cant chouse hidden files
any idea? should i format it?

Try to run the Disk Defragmenter. I hate to mention this because it will take a bit of time but it might solve your issue.

ya just be prepared to do something else for a while non computer related lol... this takes forever -.-

No the disk F doesn't show up in the Disk Defragmenter. MEH

Try using "disk cleanup" I would just search for them and it will show up. "Defragment and Optimize drives" The look at the windows icon at the bottom left of your screen and next the that I would type that into there.
I would try using a USB drive for F drive and see if that works.

Restart you pc, and if it still is off, then try different cleaning programs.

If you have a SSD disk, don't defrag it.
