Account issue

Hello i got the eror 101 when i want to recreate an account so i tried to recover my account and i recover my username so i try to recover my password I answered to my secret question they told me i will receive an email but nothing comes in my mail box so there's any thing to change my email ? sorry for my very bad english :/

It's hit or miss. Iv used eso account recovery. Sometimes I get an email back in minutes, sometimes it takes 2 months.
