Problem in creating and connecting ESO

Hi, First of all I need to tell you that the ESO didnt worked for me

and after that used this registry and it fixed it:

And after that I entered the ESO and tried to create an account, but here, after click the button I got this error:

And after that someone give me his account details (working account), And after I entered his details I got this error:

How can I fix it?
Any ideas?

@EAGLEMUT Is there anything he can do except for reinstalling the game (which he currently can't)?

@Hillel You really shouldn't replace your registry with someone elses. I'm assuming you didn't get your copy off of steam? If you want your authentic copy, you'll need to reinstall (just Asian Dynasties should be good enough to reset it)

The game didnt installed by steam,
And for many reasons I cant reinstall the game

I don't have other ideas besides reinstalling the game.
