stuck at connectiing to ESO

for some reason suddenly having this problem, cant even click cancel, entire game is unresponsive, I tried reinstall

I have the same problem, reinstalled the game and still just hangs at connecting to ESO. Message after waiting for about 10 mins is "failed to connect", can't even change my screen resolution on it either.
