ESO account making failure

Hey, tried to make a ESO account.Just bought this game on steam.
When all is done, it says me a 101 error and go to this site http://eso.com/101.aspx ,
and when i try to go there, there will be some 404 error in advance.
Can someone help me whit this problem?

Hey, unfortunately Microsoft lost ownership of that domain, but you can get the necessary script here: http://agecommunity.com/downloads/AOE3_Win7_Registry_101.zip
