Getting OOS regularly

After getting OOS a bunch of games and assuming someone's been cheating I've played some 1v1s against people who I believe have no motive to do so and I'm thinking maybe there's something wrong with my game, this has been happening maybe around 5% of games. I have wars of liberty, esoc patch, treaty patch, static deck screen, start menu mod, some azzy texture pack, cows turn brown when fattened, building rotator and maybe some stuff I just haven't thought about. Should I have any reason to believe any of those things might be causing it? Are there any other reasons I should think of?

Usually cheaters only OOS when they lose and the timing is quite obvious. (happens rarely, but even in scenarios/unrated games ...)

I only have EP + buildingrotator -> no problems so far

I always just assumed changed textures wouldn't have an effect since it doesn't cause crc.

I've been playin on RE patch on these occasions, but I haven't played regularly on other patches so can't verify whether it's only an issue there.

I guess you do not like me pointing at you, to produce some proof of your cheating accusations. But we all know about you
And yeah, I do like supporting good players, and tournaments, Where would we be without donations? (could b I am top donor, but my contributions dwarf in all the donations AOE has received)

As I said, you say Umeu is OOsing, but do not give any evidence.
About today's chat, ppl watching you vs GUA, had the impression that you used some Market cheats. Tbh I do not know anything about cheats, and I am not interested in knowing about them. But there is some evidence pointing at you, while you use this thread to point to other players.
