Do you own the Warchiefs expansion and have it installed? Try to launch it on its own first.

This has happened to me when I installed pirated TWC, TAD may not find it and so you will see almost no games. Reinstalling with proper installation files either Steam or the CDs/DVD of complete collection fixed this.
