age3y.exe blocked from accessing graphics hardware

So this issues arose out of the blue. Had over 100 hours playing no issues. Now suddenly this occurs more games than not usually within a few minutes into a match.

Application is running compatibility with Windows XP SP3
Application is set to run as administrator
No recent driver changes for NVIDIA or Windows 10 updates

Usually a few minutes into online match, the game just freezes graphics. Sounds still persist, I can click and hear my guys acknowledge to move to new click location etc.

Game will crash out after a minute or two of this persistent frozen screen. There is always a warning notification on Cortana stating "application age3y.exe has been blocked from accessing graphics hardware"

This issue occurs regardless of if I load game from Steam or from the application on my CPU.

Anyone have any suggestions or have encountered this problem?
