downloading the new launcher but wont start

i started to install the new launcher so i can practice for the tournament but when the download was finish and i press it to open it, nothing happen and didnt launch so i dont know what is going on cause i install the game to try and fix it but nothing works

I feel like this was just answered. Check your security software and make sure nothing is blocking the launcher from launching.
