Hello, Im a returning player and I have the complete edition and the eso patch but I couldnt create an ESO account because due to bad cd key 100 so I have been playing through game ranger with my friends. However I want to play with others too so does anyone know where do I get supports for this problem?
This is my first time on the forum here so Im not sure if this is how you post a thread sorry

I bought the original aoe3 back in 2013 and later on I got the war chief and the asian dynasties so I might have phrased my question wrong. So will I steam support be able to help in Microsoft's place because Ive heard that customer service is kinda dead. Again, thank you for your help!

I bought the game at Bestbuy originally and had discs. Then I got a new computer and lost the discs so I bought it again on steam. I am pretty sure steam can help retrieve your CD KEY if you purchased the game through steam.

No, in this case you would need to buy the game on Steam.

Sounds like you got scammed and should've refunded that bad key immediately.
