I can't learn my account

I don't know exactly how this works, but when I try to learn my account, i wrote my CD key, game ID and i click look up, website found the account of a Japanese friend I have never seen.Does anyone else have the possibility to open an account with my CD key Could you help me ? by the way, i am sure i wrote everything correctly.

maybe ur CD key was stolen at some point, idk much about that tho

@Lyticum the username lookup tool simply doesn't work, ignore its results. You will have to recall your username from memory, there is no official support anymore.
