Asian Dynasties stuck in windowed mode?

For some reason Asian Dynasties now launches in a small and unmovable, unchangable window (as shown below). It's super annoying and I can barely tell what I'm doing in-game. I've tried going into Help and Tools and deselecting windowed mode, but it just reselects it every time I leave options. It only does this for Asian Dynasties, not the base game or War Chiefs. I'm playing the game on Steam. And solutions?
