Out of options..Ideas on password recovery?

Hi all,
I've been searching for some way to recover my multiplayer account password and if any of you know how to reach the proper people I would really appreciate it. I have my username but I forgot the answer to my question(I made it years ago). I tried emailing for a password reset by putting all of my CD and game codes into the official password recovery but I am not getting a password reset email through the official channels and I'm afraid they no longer send recovery emails. I have tried emailing [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] but all emails have been rejected as the emails appear no longer to be active. Is there anyone who knows who to reach out to? or knows how I can reset my password through some other means? My brother lives across the US and it would mean the world if we could play this game together again. Help me Obi Wan...
