My RE game run smoothy but FPS in EP somehow is not good

yes, EP seems to lag more than RE, but for most people the difference is small. I remember that on my old PC the difference was big tho (talking about pentium 4 here)

Ep maps with the UI code lag more, regardless of game mode, including single player skirmishes

If you have lower FPS on EP is most likely because your PC is running it with the integrated graphics rather than the dedicated GPU.
