"There is a problem with your game installation" 2

hello to the resistance aoe3 legacy. Lately I can't get into the old version of the game because of this problem.
It is the same problem that kaiserklein had 2 years ago. ( forum link: viewtopic.php?f=65&t=14621 )

the problem is that when I try to enter ESO that message appears: "There is a problem with your game installation"
I already tried almost everything.. reinstall, verify files ...

Somebody could help me? I don't want to give up this game

steam. I had to format the pc 2 weeks ago and since then I have this problem (I reformatted it later but it still hasn't solved it)

When you uninstall make sure you're going to your C drive and deleting the files too

I tried formatting the pc yesterday. I reinstalled steam again, I installed the aoe3 complete collection and I get the same problem
