ESOC patch not running in Windows 11

I just Upgraded my windows 10 to windows 11 and ESOC patch is no longer playable. there is no error or message of any kind. it just terminates.

i tried using combability and ran it as admin but no luck.i was able to to run it before windows 11. plus, tried doing a clean install.
my windows11, and Graphics Driver is Up to date. Official patch works fine though.

I can confirm this, unfortunately EP cannot be launched on Windows 11.
I'm not sure whether a fix will be released, seeing as support has essentially ended.

Same here, ESOC patch is not running on Windows 11. The game seems to start with the intro graphic animation, and then it crashes without any error message on the screen. However in 'Event Viewer', I can see:

application error : age3f.exe
module error: KERNELBASE.dll

I think this is an error seen in a previous patch. I hope the team can fix this as it's not easy for me to revert back to Windows 10.

EP is dead, sorry for your loss. You can try playing on a VM if you are desparate enough.

With DE devs looking to improve their compatibility with older/worse computers, you soon might be able to saddle over to DE, albeit on lowest quality settings I suppose.
