I pressed but showing msxml 4.0 but i dowloaded it

If you have bigger video card than that and still get that error you should try to update your drivers

I've ran into this issue when trying to run AOE3 in a VM. Are you running just normal windows?

It sounds like you must be running the "legacy" 2005 edition.

The Definitive Edition would probably have less trouble running on your PC given that you have modern hardware. Unfortunately you just missed the Steam sale.
